Mr. Meteo explored how farmers without dependable Internet access could reach climate and weather information by voice call in a local language. Participatory requirements work helped connect the information service to actual communication practices.
The project demonstrates a recurring principle in my work: accessibility depends on more than translating an interface. Language, interaction method, infrastructure and trust all affect whether information can be used.
